Kansas City Royals to Introduce New Acquisitions at Royals FanFest 2009
Kansas City Royals fans will have the chance to meet the Royals offseason acquisitions during the Royals FanFest 2009. The player appearances were announced today and the Royals FanFest is worth taking a trip.

Much like any other fanfest or convention, the Royals FanFest will include autograph sessions, interactive games, clinics just for kids, auctions, etc.
Unfortunately, George Brett will not be in attendance due to a commitment in Los Angeles. The notable players that will be attending are as follows:

This is a great opportunity to meet your favorite players, essentialy twice. What am I talking about? Starting on Tuesday, January 13, the Royals Caravan begins with many of the aforementioned players appearing during the Caravan run as well. Alex Gordon is the most notable name that will not be appearing during the Royals Caravan. Plan your time wisely. If you can sacrifice a Billy Butler autograph and get an Alex Gordon, by all means do so. Just make sure you know when and where Butler will be showing up during the Caravan.
