We reported back on the 1st of February about the official Tampa Bay Rays FanFest announcement.  Today, they announced the Fan Fest auotgraph lineup for the autograph signing session.

Here are some notable players that you may not realize are notable:

• Tim Beckham – no doubt in the top 3 in the Rays organization and top 25 in the entire minor leagues
• Wade Davis – no doubt in the top 3 in the Rays organization and top 50 in the entire minor leagues
• David Price – unquestionably the #1 prospect in the Rays organization, but also the #1 prospect in the entire minor leagues.

Here’s the autograph lineup with recommendations on which tables to go for at the end of the lineup schedule:

A lot of you are probably either confused or disappointed that Troy Percival, Evan Longoria, Matt Garza, Dioner Navarro, James Shields, and Jason Bartlett are not signing autographs.  Well, don’t give up hope just yet, many times, players will sign either on the photo (or on the photo cover) and will quickly sign something small like a baseball.  This is how I got Ernie Banks autograph when I was at the Cubs Convention a few years ago.  I was in line for the “photograph session”, but was able to sneak in a baseball.  If you are going to pull this stunt, make sure you are one of the first 100 or so in line as people will start to get frustrated with you.  It was so worth it.
