Pittsburgh Steelers Troy Polamalu Autograph Signing Perry Ellis Promotion Thursday, April 23, 2009
Another Perry Ellis promotion with another notable athlete is in the books. Pittsburgh Steelers safety and USC alum Troy Polamalu will be at the Macy’s Ross Park Mall location signing autographs. This autograph signing session requires a minimum Perry Ellis purchase. Troy Polamalu is regarded as one of the top five safeties in the NFL and has made the Pro Bowl five consecutive years from 2005-2008. He is also a two-time Super Bowl Champion.
TROY POLAMALU
WHEN: Thursday, April 23, 2009 from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
WHERE: Macy’s Ross Park Mall
1000 Ross Park Mall Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylavania 15237
COST: $50 minimum Perry Ellis purchase required
With the $50 minimum purchase, they note that customers will receive an item for Polamalu to sign. Who knows what that item is, but what we do know is that for the Geovany Soto signing last week, they gave away baseballs. It is unconfirmed whether you can bring you own item. Either way, we highly recommend you ask for inscriptions.
For those that have attended these Perry Ellis promotions in the past, can anyone confirm if you can bring your own item? Help our SportsGatherings visitors by commenting.

perry ellis! lol ..i will never go to a perry ellis signing again! i went to one in chicago for devin hester and first they tell me i can bring a jersey in to get signed then after the 2 and half hour drive they tell me i can only get a cheap ass worthless perry ellis football signed.what kind of a joke is that..a perry ellis ball is worthless even with michael jordans autograph on it!!! screw perry ellis! and they probobly left out the fact that they want you to buy 50 dollars worth of merchandise before you can get your joke of a football signed…dont waste your time people!!!!!!
and no you cannot bring your own item..wouldnt a polamalu signed jersey be awesome?? well dont count on getting one at perry ellis!! even the employees were jerks there …i wont even shop there
Thanks for the feedback. I assumed they provided some crappy merchandise. It’s sad that they already require you to buy $50 worth, but to not allow any personal items seems ridiculous.
next time a perry ellis promotion is posted on the site, i’ll definitely make sure people know about this.
thanks again!
What all of you selfish people did not read is that there is a minimum required purchase because the sales are going to be donated to Troy’s charity. You are too busy complaining you want everything for nothing. He’s not showing up for people to bring shopping bags of merchandise for him to sign, it’s in his NFL contract that he’s allowed to sign only specific things. The disclaimers are on every single ad and poster promoting the event so claiming you didn’t know you could not bring personal merchandise is inaccurate.
Jason, Thanks for the info. If I had known that the proceeds go to Troy’s charity, that information would definitely have been mentioned. I love autograph signings that benefit a good cause.
Thanks for the very knowledgeable insight.
