The Cape Cod Baseball League is one of the premier summer collegiate baseball leagues. Because the league is financially supported by MLB, Cape Cod consistently produces high caliber major league players. The differentiation between Cape Cod and most other summer collegiate leagues is their use of wooden bats. As a result, the league draws the cream-of-the-crop collegiate players to help them prepare for the next level as they drop their aluminum bats and settle for wooden bats. The level of this league is considered to be equivalent of high-A minor league baseball.
For only $10, not only do you get to see future major leaguers, but the all stars will be signing autographs. A tremendous value. When getting autographs from collegiate/minor leaguer players, you can’t help but to follow their progression. That’s the best part of an event such as this.
