Our purpose is to become one of the most trusted, reliable, and convenient outlets for autograph information and trading. In order to achieve that goal, we will be strictly enforcing the stated rules and regulations.

SGF is a moderated forum meaning our admin and moderators will continually monitor topics and posts in an effort to keep the forum clean and to develop a tight-knit, family type community. We ask that you be courteous and/or supportive in your posts and replies. The SGF staff is here to answer any questions or concerns.

Please read through the SGF rules and regulations as guidelines for participating in our forum.

Rules and Regulations

1. Please be courteous, respectful, and supportive. Please do not insult, criticize, or make defamatory remarks. Debate and disagreement is healthy, but please be mindful and think before you post/reply.
2. Visitors/Guests are more than welcome to browse and view all topics and posts. However, in order to post and actively participate in the forum, you must be a registered member. There will be a premier member service via paid subscription in which premier members get exclusive benefits.
3. Please do not advertise other similar (autograph/trading) online communities/forums on SGF. If you wish to promote SGF on another site, please make sure you have their consent and be sure to let us know what you are doing.
4. Please do not spam your product, site, services, auctions, etc anytime or anywhere in the forums including the PM system. Do not advertise in threads or signatures. If you are a business, and would like to become a sponsor for SportsGatherings, contact user ID SportsGatherings. Advertising without permission will result in a warning, second time will result in a ban.
5. Please do not swear or use any obscene/offensive language that may offend others.
6. Please do not post any personal information in the forums including phone number, mailing address, and email address. If you want to include that information in your profile, that is perfectly okay.
7. Please do not spam your product, site, services, auctions, etc anytime or anywhere in the forums including the PM system.
8. Please do not double post or use excessive "bumping/TTT". One "bump/TTT" per 24 hour period is reasonable. In addition, please make use of the edit function instead of making multiple posts.
9. Please make relevant posts related to the category.
10. Do not sell unauthorized copyright photos that you did not pay for and do not have the legal authority to sell such photos in these forums. The photos usually come from Getty, PhotoFile, and ESPN among other professional photography outlets.
11. Please do not create multiple user names. This can result in a permanent IP ban.
12. The admin and moderators are no exceptions to this rule.

These rules and regulations are subject to change as problems arise. Admin and moderators have the right to edit or delete your post and/or topic. If any revisions have been made, we will attempt to notify you via PM. We certainly do not want to babysit anyone so we hope that you will use common sense.
