Welcome to the Sports Gatherings Forum (SGF)

A little background/history on Sports Gatherings (SG):
The main site (www.sportsgatherings.com) was born early January 2009 with the sole purpose of posting sports autograph signings that SG deemed to be good deals. Over the next few months, SG quickly grew in popularity and visitors began expressing their interest in starting a forum. When asked "why" the interest in a forum, the majority stated that not only does it give collectors the opportunity to discuss and share experiences, but it will give SG the opportunity to post autograph signings outside of the "good deals". In other words, what SG feels are not very good deals might not necessarily mean it's not a good deal for the visitors.

After much deliberation, the Sports Gatherings Forum was born June 2009.

The SGF's mission:
The SGF's mission is to become another convenient resource for sports autograph signings and trading. SGF's purpose is not being the #1 autograph signings forum or the #1 trading forum because many visitors already know that there are plenty of well respected forums out there. We want to become one of the most trusted, reliable, and convenient outlets for autograph signings and trading. In order to do that, SGF has enforced strict rules and regulations for its members. In addition SGF has developed the Sports Gatherings Transaction Services to provide traders the comfort and convenience of not having to worry about all the nuances of trading.
