Nicknames/Inscriptions
If you are anything like The Sports Gathering Staff, you want to get inscriptions on your autograph to enhance the value, whether you plan to sell or not. There are many times when shows will charge extra for inscriptions. If they charge for inscriptions, we highly recommend that you pass up on this opportunity. It is a rip off and the return on that “investment” is not worth it. Make sure you determine whether it is really worth it to you and whether it is worth the extra cash. However, if the inscription is free, ALWAYS take advantage of that offer.
Here is a list of inscription ideas, nicknames, awards and achievements that we have compiled for all sports. If you have any others to add or revise in any sport, please email sportsgatherings@gmail.com and provide a link to where you found the information.
